"Biotin. It's a wonder vitamin. Great for hair, skin & nail health."
"I shower with an organic Red Bush/Sage/Shea Butter soap or this great Olive Oil Ginger soap by Olivia Care, leaves skin super buttery. But my tried and true and forever dependable will always be Dove bars (shea butter preferred). I cleanse my face with Origins Checks and Balances and Modern Friction. I also moisturize with a few drops of Vitamin E."
"Once or twice a week I try to spend a few minutes under the steamer. But generally I cleanse with Origins again."
"I don't use weaves, wigs or perms. My hair is natural, though I do blow it out every now and then. I moisturize with olive oil or Vitamin E everyday. I also use Parnevu Leave-in Conditioner every other day. To straighten, I use the Brilliant line by Aveda. To cleanse I use Herbal Essence Long Term Relationship or Joico products and deep condition with Alter Ego Strengthening Conditioner."
"I believe the simpler the better. I don't get hung up on a bunch of fancy skin products. Something that simply cleanses and simply moisturizes according to your skin's needs is enough. Get adequate rest and drink a good amount of water. I did concoct a facial mask with Shea Butter, Avecado and Aloe (and few other ingredients) that I whip up every now and then."
"Caked up make up!"
"I mix a few of my favorite perfumes and oils to create a personal scent, but my two favorites on their own is Fancy Love by Jessica Simpson and Ginger by Origins."
"When I opt for make up I reach for the HD products by Make Up Forever. I've tried Maybelline's Fit Me, as well as, their Dream Smooth Mousse and they were pretty good. Didn't feel or look makeup-y. Also, Mac's Lip Conditioner is sublime! I use it as a base and moisture. My lip colors tend to be in the realm of frosty champagnes, but I play with pinks and dabble in purples as well."
