SUMMER SLIMDOWN: Dinner is Served!


Summer Slimdown is a struggle, but it's happening. Last night I had brown rice, veggies and baked chicken for dinner. I put it in this small to medium sized bowl so I could have portion control and not overeat.

Brown rice is filled with fiber, which is essential to boosting a metabolism. The veggies offer me the vitamins I may have missed throughout the day. And as a meat lover, I will never go without eating chicken. Baked chicken is a great alternative to fried. It's healthier, yet still finger-licking-good.

Two words: BELLY FULL.
