I can't explain. I really don't know why I'm so obsessed with salads right now. All I know is I've been eating one for lunch and dinner (sometimes) everyday for the past month. It's not even because I am trying to lose weight. I literally CRAVE salads. Who am I?

Growing up I hated salads. I called them rabbit food. Now I not only eat rabbits, I eat their food too. Har, har. Just kidding. I haven't eaten a rabbit. This year.

I discovered how great they were my last semester in college. So broke, and interning my brain out, I would buy a salad the night before, eat half and eat the rest for lunch the next day at work.

A salad is a great way to get all the nutrients you might be missing in a day, if you're not a vitamin junkie like me. My main focus when I make a salad isn't the calorie count, but the things I put in it; broccoli, peas, beans, grilled chicken, carrots, hard boiled egg, and etc.
