Juice Cleanse; Day 11 - Making Some Modifications

Today was a good day. Had a drink in the morning I'll call Splash of Spinach.

2 green apples
1 honey crisp apple
1/3 of a cucumber
2 giant handful of spinach leaves

I've decided to start having an iron-rich drink in the morning. It's usually the nasty tasting vegetables so I figured why not get it over and done with in the morning. The rest of the day I drank a very sweet concoction that I'll call Sweet Surprise.

1 mango
8 strawberries
2 handfuls of red grapes
2 red delicious apples
2 carrots
1 tomato

I also had lunch today. On a cleanse you're allowed to eat. You just have to eat the right foods. Zucchini is on that list of foods you can eat, so I went with Zucchini and brown rice. The portion was small and I was satisfied afterwards. I think I might just start eating for one meal and juicing the rest. Then eventually, I think I will be strong enough to juice all day, every day.

Today I learned red grapes and strawberries make your juice super sweet. Mmm.
