Juice Cleanse: Day 5 - I'm Going To Eat Fruits and Veggies

I didn't think it was possible that I could actually lose weight, but I lost 5 lbs. That's 5 lbs is 5 days! I had been eating right and going to the gym since August but couldn't drop a pound. This juice fast seems to be just what I need. I will say that I've noticed that I'm a little constipated, so I must not be drinking enough water. I have another confession. I ate some mango tonight and a banana last night. I did some research on Reboot Your Life and learned that it's okay to eat raw or cooked vegetables and fruits while juicing. Therefore, I might start doing that. It's still a cleanse... right?

Aside from the minute constipation, I feel absolutely great! I'm not dizzy nor do I get headaches or shakes or anything. I do get a little hungry every now and then, but then I drink some water or juice and the need for food is gone.

My main goal with this cleanse is not only to lose weight, but become more healthy. I'm going to the doctor's on Monday and going to ask for a (rapid?) blood test to check out how the fast might be affecting my blood. Climbing stairs are beginning to feel less like a chore—thanks Anemia—so the cleanse must be helping!
