Everything Has Sodium - WHAT DO I EAT THEN?!


The CDC recently released a statement that said that 9 in 10 people eat too much sodium and that there is sodium in too many common foods. Things like like bread, pasta dishes, pizza, processed poultry, soups, tomato juice and the list goes on. Well then gee, what's a girl to eat?!

Fresh foods that is. However, it's not that easy to always eat organic and fresh. Healthy foods are expensive and when I did my juice cleanse, I almost went broke. I would go through $60 of fruit/veggies in two days.

So what's the solution to this? I'm not sure, but I am going to be watching what I eat more carefully.
