TRY IT: A Shot of Broccoli in The Morning

Yesterday morning I decided to use my juicer and make a shot. For some reason I thought it would give me energy and boost my iron intake for the day. Being that I'm Anemic and etc., I need as much iron in my system as I can get. The broccoli shot was chased with a 16 oz. glass of 2 oranges, 2 red delicious apples, and 6 carrots. 'Twas delish.
